This Privacy Policy explains how UnsubFast(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our inbox-cleanup service. By using UnsubFast, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image.
- Email metadata. To group and unsubscribe from senders, we process message headers (such as sender, list-id, and unsubscribe links). We do not read the personal body content of your messages beyond what is required to perform an unsubscribe.
- Access tokens. We store encrypted authorization tokens that let us perform actions you request on your behalf.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. We do not store your full card details.
How we use your information
- To scan your inbox and group subscriptions by sender.
- To unsubscribe you from senders you select.
- To optionally archive or label your existing backlog.
- To provide support, process payments, and improve the service.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal data.
- We never use your email content for advertising.
- We never request more access than the service needs.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to operate UnsubFast, including an email-access aggregator to connect to Gmail, infrastructure and database hosting, and Dodo Payments for billing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Data retention & deletion
You can disconnect your account at any time, which immediately revokes our access. You may also request deletion of your data by emailing hello@unsubfa.st. We will delete your personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
Your rights
